Good morning everyone - 

 

As you all know, commencement is right around the corner and we are
still needing volunteers to assist.  (see red comments below).

Your assistance in helping us would be greatly appreciated J  Please
either have them sign up at the link below or email Marlena Cameron.

The benefit of being class room leaders is that they may leave once the
ceremony starts.

Student/Faculty leaders will need to be in full regalia.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Graduate Ceremony
Friday, May 9, 2014

I need volunteers for the following on Friday:

4 Class Room Leaders (this person will assist student getting in
alphabetical order so that they are ready to walk in the processional)

Undergraduate Ceremony
Saturday, May 10, 2014

I need volunteers for the following ceremonies on Saturday:

College of Business & Entrepreneurship - 8:30 AM

1 Faculty Leader (This person will lead the faculty to their seats
during the ceremony)

2 Class Room Leader (this person will assist student getting in
alphabetical order so that they are ready to walk in the processional)

 

College of Humanities, Social Sciences & Arts-11:00 AM

1 Student Leader (this person will lead the students during the ceremony
- must be Faculty member and have Doctoral Regalia)

 

College of Science, Engineering & Agriculture-11:00 AM

1 Student Leader (this person will lead the students during the ceremony
- must be Faculty member and have Doctoral Regalia)

 

College of Education & Human Services-1:30 PM

2 Student Leaders (this person will lead the students during the
ceremony - must be Faculty member and have Doctoral Regalia)
