[COSEAfaculty] State of the College

[Haydn Fox]

Folks,

Heard in the Dean's Council meeting this morning two things.
First, we now have official approval: We are now the College of Science and Engineering (CoSE), and AG is the School of Agriculture.

Second: Bad news, there will be no Pathways Symposium this year. Although steps are being taken to try to get it re-established. Plan is, hold it at College Station (centrally located), but have system universities do all the organizing. As it stands, College Station was not willing to do the organizing on an on-going basis, so the whole thing is, at least temporarily, cancelled.
