Good morning:

I want to be sure each of you have seen the attached memorandum from Dr. Jones.

We are working on the individual program SWOTS right now and will be producing an overall college SWOT in the next few days.

Thus far, CoSEA has been the best-producing academic unit in the university. Our graduate enrollment is up over 40% relative to last year. While stunning, that growth is largely based on the infusion of scholarship monies into our programs; a situation which cannot be counted on as a permanent state of affairs.

I urge each of you to take a hard look at the attached memo and contemplate what you can contribute to build a stronger future for TAMU-C.
