I am a little confused on what and how we should be voting. I am assuming we vote for one member from our own department and then three alternates from any department. Also would it be possible to have a list of all eligible faculty from the various departments as well as who is currently on the committee again.

Subject: [COSEAfaculty] T&P Committee vote
Good afternoon:
The final voting is 11-2 in favor of expanding the CoSEA T&P Committee membership to 7 with one member per department.
This means that the eligible (tenured and tenure-track) faculty in BES, CHEM, and ENGR need to elect a representative as soon as possible (this week).
I do not believe there was a formal decision on how to elect alternates but given the topology of the situation I am assuming they could come from any departments other than BES (since Kopachena is still an alternate in his second year unless elected by his peers to full membership).
Thanks for your timely attention.
