[cmsusers at tamuc.edu]

Greeting CMS Editors!

While in Cascade, have you wondered where your file have disappeared after you have uploaded it? Well, most of them end up within _Common as shown below. Please take a moment to view if any of these files belong to your department that currently reside in _Common site. You may choose to move the file to your department site or delete if it is not needed. Below are quick instructions to move the file.

If the file should be moved to your department site, please select the file, select Move/Rename, make sure the Parent Folder has the path/location where the file should live by selecting the paper with magnify glass icon. This will open 'Please choose a Folder' dialog window shown below.

Next, click on the pull down arrow by _COMMON and select your site and folder you wish to place the file. Click confirm to complete. Verify the path with Parent Folder displays where you want to file to live and submit. Cascade will automatically flicker to the Site and folder you have selected. It will also display the file.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Have a great day!
Lydia
