[CMSusers] Instructor's CWID within Cascade

[cmsusers at tamuc.edu]

Greetings CMS Editors!

I hope your summer is off to a great start!

Many of you have worked hard to upload your professor's CVs into Cascade and have done a tremendous job to be in compliance with HB2504. We need your help in providing an accurate report for HB2504. The report for HB2504 is looking for our instructors by their name and CWID. We are asking that you review the Inline Metadata section in Cascade of each of your instructor's CV file to verify their CWID is included. If you find that the Instructor's CWID is not included in the Inline Metadata section for Instructor's CWID field, please take a moment to enter the Instructor's CWID. Also, please let us know if an instructor's CV needs to be deleted.

For instructions on how to complete this task, please see below:

Sign into Cascade

1. Enter ACADEM site

2. Expand cvSyllabi folder

3. Expand cv folder
