I like the draft and outline of the day. Great folks. Thanks for including me as a moderator, a job I am excited to do. Three comments:<br>

1. You will be getting a title, at least from Victor? I think that will strengthen the proposal.<br>
<br>
2. I think the opening paragraph, at least, needs some citations. Perhaps folks looking at it could suggest some; nothing jumped at me off hand, but that might be because it's 7pm on Saturday...<br>
<br>
3. I am concerned that the "race" theme is somewhat watered down, and wondered if folks would feel comfortable adding "with a particular focus on issues related to race and basic writing" (or something like that) to some or all of: The Public Work/open call section, the publishing section, the final round up section.<br>
<br>
I didn't go in and make those changes because they seem more than editorial...<br>
