The awardee is Ann McNair, who is the Basic Writing Coordinator and an Instructor in the Department of English at the University of Southern Mississippi. Please know that there were several excellent applications this year, but the Fellowship Committee was

I'd also like to thank the reviewers for their dedication and work (especially when these applications come in at the end of one semester and need to be reviewed over a holiday/winter break and at the start of a new semester--a busy time!).
