Hi, all--

I don't yet have all the new titles for our concurrent sessions, but here is a draft of our program. We have about 30 folks signed up for the workshop thus far, which is quite typical. A number additional folks (like me) often register the day of.

We have a projector and a screen, but CCCC will not provide a laptop. Most of our presenters will bring their own. I will try to have one handy as well.

Draft of program attached (as both pdf and .doc), though I did not account for the end times as we will need to tweak schedule slightly to accommodate coffee breaks CCCC has scheduled for 9:30 and 2:30 and I'm not yet sure how.

At this point, the plan is to print short program that our presenters can use to "prove" they presented at a real conference if they need to for funding purposes. I can try to have our campus pay for these, but we just hosted a conference with tons of printing costs so they may not absorb these for me. No matter: we aren't printing tons and I can absorb for this org I adore.

We also have abstracts for each presentation, which I would like to post have posted to our blog if possible beforehand and announce via our various channels in plenty of time for folks to prepare.

With Hannah and the presenters, we are creating a list of questions to use in interactive discussions throughout the conference. We can post those to a PowerPoint we share during the conference as they come up. If they are ready beforehand, it would be great to share those with participants early via same channels just to get them thinking if they get a chance to prepare.

Let me know if I should add anything to the program itself. Also welcome any additional suggestions.

Thanks!
