Hi Shannon,

I understand about "subjecting" the proposals. I have set aside this weekend to put together a proposal on my long deferred research project on successful aging. I've been interviewing three amazing women in their 90s. One of their many "secrets" is the importance of literacy throughout their lives and still today. It will be a long shot to get this accepted by CCCC, but these women are certainly "our relations." Maybe I'll bring that in.

Oh well, I feel that I will be "subjecting" this proposal to the readers.

Hi again, Shannon and all,

There must be some problem with the TAMU e-mail system since this message was deemed "too large to deliver," and it didn't really seem big to me. But I will try again, having deleted Shannon's original message.

I think the CFP looks good and can see how much work and collaboration have gone into creating it. Editor that I am, I found a few typos, which I marked using Track Changes, so I'll attach the draft with these comments.

One typo involves the tricky spelling of my last name: Mlynarczyk

Thanks for your efforts in pulling this together.

Rebecca
