I'd love to read it if anyone knows of one. <BR>

</FONT><FONT COLOR="#000000" FACE="Geneva" FAMILY="SANSSERIF" SIZE="2"><B>Council of Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) </B></FONT><FONT COLOR="#000000" FACE="Geneva" FAMILY="SANSSERIF" SIZE="2">did something similar and produced a very rich analysis of state by state educational and workforce participation for adults. Here is just a sample of a finding reported on: </FONT><FONT COLOR="#000000" FACE="Geneva" FAMILY="SANSSERIF" SIZE="2"><B>"In 35 states, more than 60 percent of the population does not have an associate's degree or higher." </B></FONT><FONT COLOR="#000000" FACE="Geneva" FAMILY="SANSSERIF" SIZE="2">A major focus of this report is an argument for encouraging adults to return to college. (I heard from a CAEL official that in an exchange that took place at a conference, Cliff Adelman disagreed with some of the data or conclusions.) <BR>
