<HTML><FONT FACE=arial,helvetica><HTML><FONT COLOR="#000000" FACE="Geneva" FAMILY="SANSSERIF" SIZE="2">I've been on the sidelines during this discussion, but I'm leaving the bench to enter the field because,as an observer, I've greatly benefitted from the wisdom of my colleagues and feel that many of the people on the general list would as well. I am not recommending that we bombard them with the whole exchange, but that someone (not me--I'm going back to the locker room) might assemble some excerpts to send out to the whole list. I suspect we'll generate a great discussion there as well. <BR>
