Subject: [CBW_Exec] Fellowship Call Revised

Hi everyone!

I'm attaching a newer draft of the fellowship call, which, I hope, reflects all of our suggestions for revision. I tried to recreate Shannon's graphic design because it really is eye-catching and fun, but I also tried to darken and enlarge text (including using shading) as Barbara suggested. Also, I've tried to reemphasize the focus of the application letter based on Susan's, Marcia's, and Shannon's comments. I also reordered the details of the call based on Bill's suggestions. And, finally, I have suggested the addition of "introductory/developmental" based on Barbara's question about who can apply.

So...what do you think? Does this flyer accurately represent the spirit of the fellowship? Please let me know if I've accidentally overlooked a suggestion, or if there are other changes needed. Also, aside from the CBW listserv and the CBW website, are there other places we should advertise?

Have a great weekend!
