[CBW_Exec] Sorry to Miss It, Susan, & Next Year

Hi there! Hope everyone's doing well. Sorry that I have been less active on the BW list in the last while. I've been working on a big push to finish a book project (creative nonfiction) for what seems like forever & that's taken all of my scholarly time.

Due to the turn in my own research, I won't be at CCCCs this year either. Susan, I am so sorry to hear about the job. You're such a great teacher & thinker.

If anyone is thinking to put a panel together for Vegas next year, though, I would be very interested.

Have a wonderful time! I'll be sorry not to see folks.

Unfortunately I am unable to attend CCCC this year because I am still unemployed. Last year, I had a CUNY grant that I was awarded during the previous school year to help pay expenses. This year I have no resources to attend. I very much want to remain active on the board.  Would there be a possibility of skypeing the board meeting or attending via cell conference call?
