Hi Folks,


We're trying to find the time for our exec board meeting at CCCC. We had tossed around Tuesday night.  Several people thought this would work, but others felt like it would be too tough with traveling.  So, here are our options:


1.  Tuesday night (5-8 ish)


2.  Thursday lunch (12-2)


3.  Friday lunch  (12-2)


4.   Other times?


What do you think?  


Hannah and I will send around more about our schedule, but I do want to let you know that Pearson is sponsoring a reception for us!  Yay!  It will be Wednesday night after the workshop.  We're really excited.  Hannah has worked very hard to make this happen & I'm very excited about it!  More details later, but make sure you mark your dance card for it (therefore, no exec board meeting on Wednesday night!).
