[CBW_Exec] CBW Prep--Read Me!

Hi Folks,


Hope this finds you well and getting ready for CCCC.  I think we're going to have a great conference.


Our officially scheduled events are:


1.  CBW Exec Meeting Tuesday, 20 March 6-8 p.m. (and conference call for those who can't be there)
2.  CBW Preconference Workshop, Wednesday, 21 March 9-5 p.m.
3.  Pearson & CBW Wine & Cheese Reception, Wednesday, 21 March 5-6:30 p.m.
4.  CBW SIG, Thursday, 22 March 6:30-7:30 p.m.


As we get ready for the conference:


1.  Does anyone have access to a color printer that we could use to run off 75 copies of the program?  If not, we'll run them in black and white.  We can do a double-sided copy (so, 1 double sided copy).  I have formatted it as a double page brochure.


2.  Can anyone run black and white copies of our "publicity" material.  This is to hand out at the workshop & at the SIG and to put on tables.  I usually run 500.  This is a single sheet.  


3.  If you have items for the Exec board meeting, would you please send them to me?


4.  Hannah and I will be in touch next week with some thoughts about recruiting new members for the board.
