[CBW_Exec] 2011 CBW Fellowship Awardee

[Gregory R Glau]

Hi, all,

Just a financial update:

- I have the $500 money order for Michelle Stevier, for the CBW Fellowship
- I paid myself back $57.95 for the INNY plaque
- there was a $1 charge for the money order
- we currently have, after that, $ 902.08 in our treasury

thanks and best, and see you soon!

Hi everyone,

Happy 2011! Great news: we have an awardee for the 2011 CBW Fellowship!

The awardee is Michelle Stevier, who is an Instructor in Basic Writing and Tutoring Coordinator at Dickinson State University in North Dakota. Please know that there were several excellent applications this year, but Michelle's was particularly impressive. I've notified Michelle and am waiting for confirmation of her acceptance.

I'd like to thank the reviewers for their dedication and work (especially when these applications come in at the end of one semester and need to be reviewed over a holiday/winter break and at the start of a new semester--a busy time!). Thanks Kelly, Bill, and Liz!

Looking forward to seeing everyone in Atlanta!

Best,

Sonya
