[CBW_Exec] SIG Agenda?

[J. Elizabeth Clark]

Yes, whoops. That's what I meant by the travel award. Who is presenting to her?

Hi everyone,

Thanks, Liz. Also, there will be time to announce the CBW Fellowship winner, including a few minutes for her to talk about her work, right?

Sorry I'll miss you all this year.

Sonya

Hi Folks,

I will be heading up our SIG this year. As we know, the time ZIPS by!!! Here's what I am thinking of:

Grad Student Travel Award
Innovations Award (Greg?)
Highlighting Susan's new blog through Bedford
Update on what happened at CBW preconference
Charting "issues" in BW--go around for "what's new in BW at your school/in your state"--what are the challenges, what are the victories

Other ideas? We only have an hour. Are there other things you'd like us to cover?

Hi, all--

I. CBW EB meeting time and place: Wednesday, 7:30-8:30, room TBA

NOTE: Eileen says the only room available Wednesday night is one with permanent set up for 10 persons. Last year we had 12 at CBW EB. I vote we go for what she offered (room we are in is unavailable after CBW workshop). When I arrive Tuesday afternoon I can scout out potential alternatives just in case we won't fit in available room.

II. Agenda attached.
Any additional agenda items beyond below? We tried to add those offered, but I may have missed some. Please let me know if new changes need to be made.

In the next message, I will share three items of new business worth discussion before we meet for our brief EB meeting.

Thanks!
Shannon
