I think we should take the room she offers. Also, I think those of us who want to (!) should head out to dinner together after the workshop. It would be nice to chat and see one another!

Re: those who can't be there:  2 options:


1. I can post *some* updates on the blog throughout the day on Wednesday. I can't commit to this for the whole conference, but I think I can handle it on Wednesday while we're in the workshop. Would this be helpful to those of you who cannot attend? We can find some way to tie it into Virtual CCCC's (need to check that out).


2. We could also use Twitter with a common hashtag of #CBW2011


What do you all think? For those who will not be there, what would be helpful/useful? For those of you who will be there, what would be helpful/useful/possible?

Hi, all--

I. CBW EB meeting time and place: Wednesday, 7:30-8:30, room TBA

NOTE: Eileen says the only room available Wednesday night is one with permanent set up for 10 persons. Last year we had 12 at CBW EB. I vote we go for what she offered (room we are in is unavailable after CBW workshop). When I arrive Tuesday afternoon I can scout out potential alternatives just in case we won't fit in available room. 

II. Agenda attached. 
Any additional agenda items beyond below? We tried to add those offered, but I may have missed some. Please let me know if new changes need to be made. 

In the next message, I will share three items of new business worth discussion before we meet for our brief EB meeting.
