Hello everyone,

Please take a look at my suggested organization/rankings.  I begin with our
guiding CFP question, and organize the proposed presentations accordingly.
Feel free to critique, interrogate, re-conceptualize, and so on.  I have
also attached my organization/rankings as a document.

FOURTH TRY: The listserv won't let me post my organization/rankings to the
list, so I'm sending them as an attachment.  If anyone has problems opening
the attachment, let me know and I'll send you a copy on your personal
