Oops. I guess this decision is already made. JP is quick, and I wasn¹t clear
enough. Wanted to edit and certainly wanted to wait for your feedback.

But we¹ve made use of the list, anyway. ;)

Thank you for joining the Conference on Basic Writing! Last year, you
answered our call for members, and we want you to know your membership
matters.

We are looking forward to seeing so many of you in Louisville, KY, next week
for CCCC 2010, the Conference on Basic Writing workshop Wednesday, 3/17
("Social Justice, Multi-modalities and Basic Writers"), or the Conference on
Basic Writing Special Interest Group meeting on Tuesday, March 18
(6:30-7:30). Perhaps even all three!

If you will be at CCCC next week, please come by and pick up an "I am Basic
Writing" sticker from one of us. We'll be at the CBW Workshop all day
Wednesday and the CBW SIG Thursday. Get them while supplies last and wear
them with pride. We certainly will!

We know all of you won't be able to make it to Kentucky next week, and we
want you know know how important you are to the Conference on Basic Writing.
We will bring from CCCC 2010 information and resources CBW members can use,
and we invite you to continue contributing to the national conversation on
basic writing through the CBW-L listserv, the CBW Facebook page (
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=50538806660), and the CBW blog (
http://cbwblog.wordpress.com/).

Coming soon: BWe Double Issue (2009-2010). Visit the above for a preview!

Basic writing matters, and we are all basic writing. We look forward to
making a difference--together.

Conference on Basic Writing

 Yours,
