[CBW_Exec] CBW Board meeting schedule times/agenda?

Let's try this on for size.  Of the people who are able to come to CCCC this year  {we'll miss those of you who won't be there :(  }  is there anyone who cannot make MOST of a meeting from 3-5pm on Thursday?  No need to reply if that sounds good--strong objections only!

Also, I am going to attach to this e-mail last year's minutes.  This is a heads up on what we discussed last year.  An agenda will be forthcoming after the long weekend.

Hi everyone:

It looks like most all of us can do 2-4 on Thursday but Susan has a conflict. Might I suggest we meet from 3:15-4:30 on Thursday instead, allowing for Susan to come after her panel is finished (I assume the slot is something like 1:45-3:00)?

The only time I CANNOT make is Thursday 2-4 because I am presenting at a session that begins at 1:45 on Thursday.  All of the other times are fine.

Last year, there was some suggestion that Thursday morning (which potentially overlaps with the Chair's address) is not so good.  I am going to put out four times for our Board meeting, and also a call for business/agenda items. 2.  Thursday early morning, about 7:45 a.m.-9a.m. (I believe the Chair's address session begins sometime during this period)
3.  Thursday, about 2-4pm--This is my first choice time, personally.
4.  Thursday, about 4-6pm--This is just before our SIG, which begins at 6:30.
