I can also make all four time slots. First preference Thursday 2-4; second preference Wed at 7. Thanks for organizing us and giving us choices!

Hi Hannah, 
I can make it at all four times. 
My first choice is Wednesday evening at 7pm.
My last choice is Thursday morning at 7:45am. Both times on Thursday are good for me. 
Thanks for offering some different choices so as to avoid overlapping with the chair's address. I do would not want to miss that event again this year.
