[CBW_Exec] CBW Board meeting schedule times/agenda?

Hello CBW Board:  I am writing in the hopes of scheduling our Board meeting.  Last year, there was some suggestion that Thursday morning (which potentially overlaps with the Chair's address) is not so good.  I am going to put out four times for our Board meeting, and also a call for business/agenda items.  You can feel free to reply just to me at hashley at wcupa.edu<mailto:hashley at wcupa.edu>, and then I will gather the info and follow up with the best time and a tentative agenda.

BOARD MEETING (please indicate YES if you can make it at all.  How about a YES!! for your first choice time.)

1.  Wednesday evening, at about 7:00pm (this would be after our all-day workshop and after a break.  I can only see this happening as a dinner meeting?)

2.  Thursday early morning, about 7:45 a.m.-9a.m. (I believe the Chair's address session begins sometime during this period)

3.  Thursday, about 2-4pm--This is my first choice time, personally.

4.  Thursday, about 4-6pm--This is just before our SIG, which begins at 6:30.
