[CBW_Exec] CCCC 2011 planning (CFP and Schedule)

Thanks for the great edits, Rebecca. I¹m now quite amused by my
(accidental?) choice to use ³subject² rather than ³submit² at end ‹as in,
³Please SUBJECT proposals to shannon_carter . . . ³ rather than ³please
submit proposals to . . . ³

I¹m make those excellent changes.
