just hit CONTINUE at the bottom of the page and you should get to a place where you can add your name  and contact info as a Facilitator -- I was confused, too, but that worked for me.

Shannon,

What I got when I went into the file under hashley and cbw2010 was a very
limited paragraph about the Weds. program and nothing else.  Can you check
it to make sure someone didn't accidentally delete something?

What I found had no names, no speakers, no facilitators, and I am not exactly
flummoxed, but certainly concerned.  It's probably just that I am having a
senior moment and not doing this right.  Can you check to make sure I'm
listed?  Contact information in case you don't have it is:

Can't wait to see all of you.  Life here is very crazy because we're undergoing
a huge university restructuring of many colleges, programs, and departments
due to the lack of money AND doing a semester conversion at the same time.
In the middle of all of this, the folks here have talked me out of retiring, at least
for a while, so I'm doing a tenure and promotion dossier and shopping this
summer for a retirement home in Augusta GA.  The hilarious part of doing the
dossier is that I don't know who my dean will or will not be, what college I'll
belong to, etc., but I'm having fun anyway.  Some of our faculty are seriously,
and reasonably, concerned about losing their jobs, so I'm doing my best to
create a space where a certain level of sanity is maintained, to fight to make
sure our folks at least receive a reasonable amount of notice so they can apply
for other jobs if needed.  Meanwhile I spend time hanging out with the folks
at a nearby senion center, who make our problems seem so small in comparison.
They play bingo to win cans of veggies etc., and cheat like wild things at cards.

The kids and grandkids are all well and life is great!  See you all next spring!

VERY IMPORTANT!!!  Please excuse the rush and informality--things in my home life have been a disaster; no need to go into detail.

I have pulled together, as best I could given what folks sent me and space constraints, our CBW proposal.  I am out of time today, and I need your help!  It is due midnight, Friday, in final form.  See below for getting in to the system.

I need everyone to either add yourself as a speaker (Deborah, Rebecca, Bill, Sugie, Susan) or a facilitator (Greg, Marcia) or to check and add to your contact info, if I started your profile (Shannon, Valerie, Steve, Peter?)

Please do this TODAY.  If you are not listed on the program, you are not listed on the program, and I don't have everyone's stuff!
