[CBW_Exec] FW: 2010 CCCC Proposal Submission - Profile Username and Password

Hi everyone,
As it turns out, I don't need to be listed as a speaker so I went  
ahead and removed myself to make room for someone else. But I will be  
at the workshop and eager to participate. I just don't need to be  
listed.  I moved Bill Lalicker from additional speaker to speaker  
number 3 in my place
I hope this didn't confuse the heck out of everything.
