[CBW_Exec] A second item for your consideration (BWe and CBW membership)

Hi, Rebecca and all.  I just completed the survey and have one question. 
What is to keep muliple people at the same institution from completing the
survey?  That may not be a problem, but it could skew (sp?) the results.

It was user-friendly, and I liked that I could put multiple answers on
questions as needed.  kb
