Hi, Kathleen--

Happy New Year to you as well! And thanks so much for the update/notes/suggestion. I knew we had it before the SIG in the past few years, and that makes good sense to me--for all the reasons you highlight. I cannot recall where the notion to move it to Friday came from, but I don't think it came from me. It was at our EB meeting, though it could have been after the meeting was officially over. 

Let's look into what's possible as far as dates/times go. I'm totally happy with leaving the meeting where it's been, unless someone can recall why we suggested moving it to Friday. Was it just because we been scheduling it during the opening session? Something tugging at my memory around that issue, but it is only a very vague feeling at this point. I just don't remember. 

Hannah and I should be able to start that nailing-down-the-meeting convo soon. Anyone want to start with the "can't meet" times? My only conflicts right now are . . . 

Thursday--
presentation at 1:45-3:00
meeting at 3:00-4:00

Friday--
meeting at 4-6 

I'm sure there are others, but I've not worked through the program yet and the various organizations I'm involve in (save NMA and YSW, which are already above) have yet to schedule. So things appear wide open for me!

What about the rest of you?

Hi, Shannon and all.

You may want to rethink having the ex bd meeting after the SIG.  The past
few years we have had it before the SIG, so that we can prepare for the
SIG and then use time after the SIG for finalizing the preconference for
the coming year.
