Good morning, all. I'm copying and pasting and also attaching our latest
set of bylaws, which include co-chair and board member duties, as well as
CBW organizational info. I'll bring some copies of these with me, in case
they don't make it through electronically. I'd also propose that they be
added to the CBW website, as an informational item for members and for
prospective board members.
If you all see changes that could help make these more clear or concise,
please keep them in mind for a VERY brief discussion at the meeting (as in
two minutes and it's done!). I'll be sending a final agenda today.
So far only Alan has agreed to review a session from the CBW precon, so
others of you who will be there, please volunteer! Peter is chairing
another precon, Marcia's not coming that early, Sarah and Barbara aren't
able to attend this year, and I'm not sure about others. Thanks. kb
