[CBW_Exec] cbw board minutes and contact info

Hi, all.  Attached please find a DRAFT of our board minutes for 2007 (which 
includes your updated contact information).  Please read them with care, and 
please send me corrections, especially to the "actions/tasks" which you will 
find in italics under each agenda item.  

Once we've approved these, especially the work we've agreed to do in the coming 
months which is listed in italics, then we'll attack the bylaws and our social 
justice policy statement, and very soon, the precon submission and SIG 
submission.

Thank you all for the excellent discussion of issues and possibilities thus 
far, and thank you, Shannon, for creating this vehicle for ease of
