all telephonically. Specifically, our team receives calls from providers (and their support staff) across the 25-county northeast Texas counties and assesses the needs of each caller. Calls typically include determining if the provider needs to speak directly
with one of our psychiatrists (child or reproductive) or assistance with obtaining vetting mental health resources.
