Hello fellow classmates,

Hope this email finds you well! It would be much appreciated if you would complete the below survey, which will take anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes to complete. It will ask some demographic questions, as well as some personal substance use questions, and whether you have knowledge of other Texas A&M Commerce students who use substances/require treatment. Your participation is voluntary and all responses will be anonymous. This means that our team will not be able to determine the source of individual responses or who submitted the survey. Our team will receive information regarding the total number of surveys completed, and a breakdown of how many responses were received for each question. Your responses are valuable to us and will help identify future resources for active Texas A&M-Commerce students.
