Dear BSW and MSW Students - Just in case you did not receive the previous
email sent to our community listserv:

 

It is my pleasure to announce some departmental changes.  I have continued
as the BSW Director while assuming the role of Department Head. In order to
give full attention to our undergraduate program, I've asked Dr. Hugh Clark
to become the BSW Program Director and Dr. Linda Openshaw to serve as the
MSW Program Director.  We are beginning our preparation for CSWE
reaffirmation and their leadership will be very helpful as we undertake this
process.  Please be patient with all of us as we transition and begin to
learn our new roles.  I hope you all have had an enjoyable summer and I look
forward to starting a great fall semester in just a few weeks.  

 

BECAUSE OF THESE CHANGES, there will be subsequent changes to the fall class
assignments.  We are in the process of making these changes now, but they
will probably not be reflected in the online class schedule until next week.
I apologize if any changes disappoint any of you.  We are still in the
search process for two full-time faculty positions but are very fortunate to
have some excellent adjuncts working for us!!!  I'll keep you posted of any
further changes or developments!  Enjoy your brief break!
