[Artmajors] End of semester clean-up

Attention all Art Faculty and Art Majors,

The semester comes to an end this Friday, May 9th 2014.
Please remove all artwork from all buildings (Art, WTFA, Sculpture,
Journalism) as soon as possible.
Many instructors have already given you specific dates on when artwork is to
be removed, but if they have not, do know that all artwork will be removed
on Friday, May 16th 2014.

Students who have studio space may keep it if they are enrolled in another
course in that classroom environment in the fall semester with instructor
approval.  However, they must clean and organize their entire space and
remove any non-essential items. Inspections will be done of all spaces in
all areas.

Card swipe access has been pushed for removal on Wednesday, May 14th 2014
and after that, you will only be able to access the facilities during
³normal² hours. (8:00am-10:00pm). The UPD approved after-hour access ends on
May 9th, 2014 since that is the official end of the semester.  Students
attending a summer course or being granted access per instructor request
will need to be put on new access lists for the summer.  Any and all keys
need to be returned by May 9th, 2014 and after that there will be a $50.00
hold placed on your account.
