[Artmajors] Art Scholarships for 2012-2013 School Year

Students:

Because of issues related to the automated scholarship system, the
Department of Art has not yet awarded scholarships for the next academic
year. You are being contacted because you either applied for admission to
the University as an art student or you were enrolled in art classes in
Spring of 2012. Attached you will find the scholarship guidelines in both a
.PDF format and in a Microsoft Word format. Please complete the form and
save it either as a word doc, .PDF document or as a .JPEG document. Attach
the document along with five images of work to an email addressed to
art at tamuc.edu. Applications must be received by July 16, 2012. Do not send
multiple emails! If you have trouble sending email: 1. Consider reducing
size of attached images 2. In lieu of attaching five images, you can provide
a link to images such as a personal web page or Flicker account (do not
include links to Facebook or similar providers where one must be a ³friend²
to view images).

I apologize to those of you that have already applied but the decision to
make a call for new applications was a necessary action to ensure that all
applications were considered.
